When I set up this blog, for example, I intended to write a post every few days. But if I write a good post once every two weeks, I am happy. You have to set your own schedule and not allow a social medium like Facebook mess it up. If it's time to get off Facebook and do the pile of work, close it and don't open it until the X time or Y work has been done. One would hope that some of the time spent online is instead of some of the traditional marketing methods. Everyone has to answer those questions in their own way.
