You might want to try using a real name. People find it easier to connect with live, breathing person than with a bland business name. You sound real in your comments, but it’s the underlying humanity of all of us that get people to want to connect.

Also, once you start commenting with your real name, comment on other blogs where those people use their real names, too.

I always thought that Twitter though an effective social media tool, doesn’t help much to build any business but after reading this story, believe that it works out sometimes, provided you follow the tweets on regular basis and try to build relevant links to your business domain through those informal tweets.

look, I don’t think it makes any difference the url structure. the url is parsed anyway and it doesn’t matter the position of whatever character within the request. if we have a “pretty url”, the relevant parts are rewritten on .htaccess file and sent to script, where regardless of their position are processed quasi simultaneously (filtered and then passed to db queries)
